WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT DOGS PLATE DOG FOOD?
First of all, DOGS PLATE products are prepared with real pure first-class meat, not meat waste. In addition, DOGS PLATE dog food was created based on the recommendations of FEDIAF (The European Pet Food Federation), a document created by people treating animal nutrition and its impact on their health and well-being, as a priority. It is an Organization that, together with the European Advisory Board (SAB), works and supervises the creation of safe and healthy food for our four-legged friends, taking into consideration all their nutritional needs.

WHAT DOES A CLEAN LABEL ON OUR DOGS PLATE PRODUCTS MEAN?
A clean label means that we do not add any enhancers, preservatives or similar ingredients to our products. Everything is 100% natural.

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE FOUND IN DOGS PLATE PRODUCTS?
We use meat, poultry, fish and vegetables of the same quality as what we would buy for dinner. We use full-value ingredients for normal human consumption. In addition, we supplement it with all the natural ingredients that our dog needs in a given period of his life.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT DOGS PLATE PRODUCT?

If the dog does not have any nutritional problems then the main criterion is age. Dogs Plate has JUNIOR food for dogs up to 1-2 years depending on the breed, SENIOR for our older four-legged friends and ACTIVE for adult and active dogs.

In the case of food intolerance or other health problems check out our diet dog food. If your pet has problems with being overweight, we offer him LIGHT, low-calorie dog food, which nevertheless contains all the necessary ingredients. PRO LIVER is intended for dogs with liver issues, and SENSITIVE for those with food allergies.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM DURABILITY FOR DOGS PLATE PRODUCTS?
After sterilization our dog food's minimum durability is 12 months. You will find the production date on every label.

HOW TO STORE DOGS PLATE DOG FOOD?
Always store it in a cool and dry place, after opening keep it in the fridge for no longer than 2 days.

SHOULD DOGS PLATE PRODUCTS BE STORED IN THE FRIDGE?
Our products should be stored in the fridge after opening, used preferably within 1 day of opening and stored for maximum 2 days of opening.

WHAT CAUSES ALLERGY IN DOGS?
Most food allergies in dogs are caused by the protein contained in the meat, therefore we created SENSITIVE dog food line, the main ingredient of which is fish (cod).

WHERE ARE DOGS PLATE PRODUCTS PRODUCED?
The whole process of food preparation takes place in Poland in our own production plant registered under the number 30648304, and kept under the permanent control of veterinary services.

HOW ARE DOGS PLATE PRODUCTS PRODUCED?
Processed ingredients such as pieces of meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients are compiled according to our recipes and portioned into jars afterwards.
Such prepared food in the jars is subjected to a specially developed process of pressure and temperature in order to retain its value for longer.

WHAT DOES “COMPLETE” STANDS FOR IN DOGS PLATE PRODUCTS?
“Complete” means that – due to its composition – dog food is sufficient to cover the daily demand for nutrients. It caters for all the dog's nutritional needs.

HOW TO SUBMIT AN ORDER?

Choose the right product for your dog, choose the right amount and capacity and press the BUY PRODUCT button. Then go to the BASKET and follow the instructions on the page.You can also order our product in a subscription and we will make sure that your pet always has enough to eat.

IS REGISTRATION NECESSARY?
No, registration is not necessary, but if you want to receive information about current promotions and new products, you just need to register and declare that you want to receive such messages.

WHAT IS THE TIME TO PROCESS THE ORDER?
We try to process your orders in the shortest time possible. We do our best to ensure that the purchased product has left our warehouse within 2 working days of the order being assembled. If there is any problem that prevents us from fulfilling this obligation – we will contact you as soon as possible in order to determine a satisfactory solution. The order processing includes the time of delivery of the package – in the case of a courier it is the next day after sending the parcel.

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR ORDERED GOODS?
Whichever is convenient for you! We accept payment by bank transfer, cash on delivery, electronic payments (online transfer, Blik, Sky-cash), Pay Pal, payment card. More information in the Payments section.

CAN I RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE?
Of course, when buying, please indicate that the invoice is needed and provide the necessary data. If no such information in provided, we can only send you a fiscal receipt.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Log in and enter the order history and there you will find the status of your order. We inform you about the change in the status of the transaction by e-mail.

WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
We deliver the ordered goods via DPD courier company. Current information on the location of the parcel can be found at www.dpd.com.pl, after entering the number of the consignment note. The number of the consignment note can be found in the email confirming the parcel dispatch from the warehouse.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
The order can be changed or canceled if it has not received the Sent status. After sending the goods from our warehouse the resignation from purchasing of ordered goods is only possible within the procedure of returning the goods. If you need to change anything in the order, please contact us by e-mail or by phone.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
The goods purchased from the dogsplate.com store can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The goods must be returned in original condition, unless the change was necessary and reasonable within the ordinary management of goods. We guarantee a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the contract and receipt of the parcel. HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR THE SHIPMENT?
In Poland, the shipment is carried out by the DPD company. The cost of packing and shipping for a parcel of up to 10kg is PLN 15 on account, and PLN 18 on delivery.
