Privacy Policy

All personal data provided by the Customer, that is, the name, address, email address and telephone number are kept by the Store with due diligence and will not be disclosed to third parties.

By registering in the system and creating an individual account in the store, the customer agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the contract or for marketing purposes related to the activity of Dogs Plate sp. z o.o.

The administrator of personal data provided by the Customer shall be the company Dogs Plate sp. z o.o having its principal place of business in Gortatowo, ul. Królewska 24, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court in Poznań, Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda VIII Commercial Division under the number KRS 0000457154, NIP 7811884255  REGON 302396352

 Customers have the right to inspect their data, to correct them and make a request to stop their use. In order to do do this, you need to log in to the store's system and through the "my account" tab you can update the data or permanently delete the account.

The store reserves the right to change the privacy policy. The Shop will notify Clients about each change by sending an e-mail with information about the change implemented and by posting a notice on the Store's website in the Privacy Policy tab at least 14 days prior to making any material changes.

The cookie policy applies to all websites and applications for mobile devices belonging to DogsPlate Sp. z. o.o.

By using the websites and applications, the Customer agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy. If the customer does not agree with our cookie usage, he/she should change his/her browser settings or exit the web page or application.

Dogs Plate Sp. z o.o.  uses cookies for various purposes:  allowing for the web pages and applications to run faster and be easier to use, making the content and advertisements better fit to Customer's expectations and interests, helping to to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to improve the functionality and content of web pages and applications. Using cookies in the described above manner never identifies the user's personal identity.
